What is your shipping schedule?
We currently ship non-dairy ice cream orders on Tuesday.
Orders received after Monday 12:00 pm PST will be shipped by the following Tuesday.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes including APO/FPO.
What are the shipping options?
We offer FedEx 2-day express shipping for $20 flat rate per 6 pints.
Does non-dairy ice cream qualify for free shipping?
Non-dairy Ice cream purchases will not receive free shipping and will not count towards non-frozen (macadamia flavored and chocolate covered nuts) shipping promotions.
What keeps your non-dairy Ice cream frozen upon delivery?
Our packages are shipped with dry ice (-109° F) so the pints will arrive frozen (rock-solid!) For special handling instructions, please click here.
